The topic of the speech will be “Changing the Leading Actor – Japan Macro & Politics Outlook in 2018”, in which he will provide an economic outlook on the year 2018 while focusing on three growth-supporting factors in Japan: severe labor shortage prompt to wage growth and capex, stable currency under Bank of Japan’s monetary policy framework, and Abenomics’ 4th arrow focusing on corporate cash/deposit.
